These terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version shall prevail.

Why Withdrawals Get Held

Match Cancellation & Unresolved Results

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is rescheduled, l344 will handle it in accordance with its specific policy.
• Bets placed on live betting cannot be cancelled once the outcome has been confirmed.

Odds Changes

Bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time of placement. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect confirmed bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l344. Any account found engaging in them will be closed:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using someone else's information.
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Collusion with other members or involvement in match-fixing and betting manipulation.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Money laundering or the flow of illegally obtained funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to l344's systems or software.

L344 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If the required documents for verification are not submitted.
• If unusual or suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• The member submits a request to close their own account.
• If there has been no account activity for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, all remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
